Within one of its grand villas, this two-bedroom apartment has been reimagined to bring new life to a timeless setting - with sweeping views across the common, coastline, and the Isle of Wight beyond.

Purchased at auction with no planning requirements, the project was delivered on a swift turnaround. The apartment's interiors were tired, and many of its original features had been lost over time.

Working alongside Anna from Bly Designs, we set out to reinstate the character of the building while creating a home with a refined, fresh finish. We carefully restored heritage features, such as delicate cornicing, while new interventions were chosen to sit comfortably within the period fabric. The result is a light-filled, luxury apartment that pairs Victorian elegance with a clean, contemporary edge.
